Docent Led Out-Reach Programs

If you can't come to the WMMI, we can come to you! Activity options cover a range of STEAM and history themes and lessons can be adjusted to fit a wide range of grade levels. Teachers may select one main activity to be led by our visiting museum docent, and teachers may also select additional activities to "add-on" which they may lead.

Cost: $100/ per session (min = 2 sessions per day; max = 5 sessions per day)

Cost for docent travel: $20 in El Paso County, $25 for surrounding counties of Pueblo, Teller, Douglas, and Elbert.

Title One Discount: BOGO additional activity -OR- 1 free session

Session Length: 30-45 minutes (3 hour maximum)

Cost of teacher pick up and drop off: FREE

Cost of museum delivery (only in El Paso County): $30 each way of travel; must be within 25-mile radius

Rental Period: One Week (7 business days)
