Plan a trip to the Western Museum of Mining and Industry. Our rich, western history comes to life with interactive exhibits, knowledgeable and entertaining docents, Gold Panning and more.

Tour the historic Reynolds House, the lone survivor of Victorian-era farmhouses in northern El Paso County. This Queen Anne-style Victorian farmhouse was built in the mid-1890s and is now on the Colorado Register of Historic Properties.
Learn about the history of the property and surrounding area during a 30 minute tour of the Reynolds House. Space is limited; please reserve your spot.

Calling all 3rd-5th graders! Join us for our Thanksgiving STEAM education fun! Full days and half days available. Learn about mining and industry, and geology!

WMMI offers a wide range of educational programs for all ages. Along with our monthly lecture series, WMMI offers engaging STEaM CAMP over Spring Break and the Summer. Plus, schools from around the area come to WMMI for incredible field trips to teach the importance of mining, manufacturing and ranching history in the American West.
